Single-acting hydraulic jacks have one oil outlet, and double-acting hydraulic jacks have two oil outlets. The two holes of double-acting jacks can enter and exit each other, and the lifting efficiency is relatively faster.
Among them, single-acting cylinder reset is divided into load reset and spring reset, and double-acting is hydraulic reset.
Single-acting jacks are divided into load reset and spring reset. Only one end of the two chambers of this type of cylinder has oil, and the other end is in contact with air. It is mainly used for lifting small equipment with low requirements for lifting height and speed frequency.
Double-acting jacks are driven by a hydraulic system and are hydraulically reset. The pressure of the liquid is the same everywhere, so in the balance system, the pressure acting on the small piston is small, and the pressure acting on the large piston is also large, which can keep the liquid still. Double-acting jacks are mainly used for operations with large tonnage heavy objects, and can lift up to 1000T of heavy objects.
