1. Ultra-small diameter air cylinder actuator
The compact actuator with a minimum size of 16mm can be installed even in the narrowest space. Installation is easier than air cylinders because there is no need to worry about piping.
2. Compact size achieved through linear motor
IAI has accommodated all these features in a compact body by adopting a linear motor method that does not require a rotation reduction mechanism.
3. Smooth and quiet operation
Sine wave drive using a three-phase coil eliminates cogging. In addition, there is almost no external magnetic leakage.
4. Built-in encoder supports multiple positioning points
Thanks to the built-in encoder, the RCL series can perform positioning of up to 512 points when combined with the compact and affordable ACON controller.
5. Braking option
The brake-type RCL is designed for vertical applications to prevent the load from falling in the event of a power outage or accidental power cut.
The RCL series can be used in combination with an ASEL controller that supports program operation or an ACON controller that supports position-specified operation. The ACON series includes different types of controllers, including standard type, solenoid valve type, pulse train input type, and serial communication type. Select the controller that best suits your specific application and purpose.
